In this on demand webinar, you will learn….

On Demand HR are specialists in workplace relations and human resources. Over the past 10 years we have supported over 400 small to medium businesses across various industries, delivering support on all employment related matters, but more importantly with a focus on achieving good business outcomes.

Recently we have run a series of webinars which have been well received to educate businesses on the new JobKeeper scheme, and help them navigate through some of the complex workplace relations scenarios that the scheme presented.

At this stage we have observed that most businesses have a reasonable understanding of the payment scheme, and already have, or are now putting in place revised workplace relations arrangements with their employees.

However, we have also observed many challenges businesses are facing in implementing these new arrangements as follows:

  1. employees refusing to work believing that they are entitled to just “stay at home” and collect JobKeeper payment;
  2. employees refusing to sign the JobKeeper documents altogether;employees refusing to sign for revised working hours;
  3. employees refusing to take leave as directed;
  4. employees refusing to come back to work on medical grounds or because they live with an “at risk” person.

All of the above scenarios (and many more) are challenging for businesses, and we have developed some strategies which allow businesses to overcome these “problem” employees and will share them with you in this webinar.
