HR Strategies for JobKeeper Implementation

View Webinar Replay

In this on demand webinar, you will learn….

On Demand HR are specialists in workplace relations and human resources. Over the past 10 years we have supported over 400 small to medium businesses across various industries, delivering support on all employment related matters, but more importantly with a focus on achieving good business outcomes.

Applications for the Federal Government’s JobKeeper package are now open and many businesses are grappling with questions around their eligibility, their employees eligibility and how the payments will work under the scheme.  In addition, there is a lot of confusion around some of the new temporary provisions under S789 of the Fair Work Act (2009) relating to JobKeeper.

Amidst all the confusion, we have already been working with our clients to provide practical advice regarding the HR implementation of the new JobKeeper scheme within their organisations. From this, we have developed a JobKeeper implementation system for our clients weighing up the need to balance flexibility, risk and uncertainty regarding the future.

In our upcoming webinar we will discuss:

  1. The JobKeeper “one in, all in” principal;
  2. The definition of “regular & systematic” casuals;
  3. Implementing JobKeeper compliant agreements with your employees to create additional flexibilities to overcome an uncertain period ahead;
  4. The recent changes to the Fair Work Act (2009), particularly those under S789 as they relate to JobKeeper enabled directions to change working arrangements;
  5. Other frequently asked questions and other considerations presented by the JobKeeper package.

With only a few days remaining before the first JobKeeper payment deadline, this is a webinar that will provide guidance on the critical HR strategies required to accompany the payment issues.
