About On Demand HR & Clint Indrele – Managing Director

Having graduated Western Sydney University in 2002 with a Major in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Clint has a wealth of specialist knowledge in aspects of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards, and provides specialist expertise in many areas of Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Clint has taken coverage of approximately 150 unfair dismissal cases before the Fair Work Commission as a Paid Agent, representing primarily clients and some individuals. Additionally, Clint has been involved in conducting approximately 90 internal workplace complaint investigations.

Since establishing On Demand HR in 2010, Clint has serviced approximately 400 organisations including clubs, manufacturing, transports and logistics, retail, hospitality, building/construction and trades, professional services, not-for-profit and many more.

On Demand HR has presented to various CPA discussion groups across NSW, Melbourne and Brisbane since 2010 and has been endorsed as an approved speaker by CPA Australia as well as being invited to present at some of the larger panel groups held at CPA Headquarters at the Sydney CBD.
