Stephanie Joseph is a Senior Workplace Relations Consultant with On Demand HR having graduated from Notre Dame University with a Bachelor of Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Applied Psychology.

Stephanie has knowledge and experience in a variety of areas, including Award interpretation, Fair Work Commission and Ombudsman matters, assisting in the negotiation and approval of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, conducting numerous workplace investigations, and has assisted in redundancy and performance management processes.
